Pressbox
research project
Course: "Research Methods" (PRAD 585) taught by Professor Matt Ragas, Ph.D., is a required course in the PR & Advertising program at DePaul University. In this course, students gained a foundation in the history and growth of measurement and evaluation practices within the profession; the major types of quantitative and qualitative research methods; the trade-offs among primary versus secondary research sources; an overview of sampling and data analysis; and how to derive actionable insights and recommendations from research.

One of our assignments for this course was to create a team-based research report and presentation helping increase retention for a real-life client named Pressbox, 24/7 dry cleaning start-up company.

Team members: Sameerah Ahmad Marina Reyes & Kevin Spitta
One of our recommendations for Pressbox was to create a "How To" video explaining the process to new members. Below is a video we created for them.
